It's time to update

Oh it has been so long that i didnt update my blog since the cultural night...
I think the pictures in Facebook says everything...that night was fun, memorable...
Although it was not my first time to perform, but when the time before i get into the stage, i was nervous
the audience is very supportive, they will shouted and cheered for whoever performed in the stage..
For me, i felt the encouragement from that, felt not that nervous when performed....
All the hours, days of practicing finally get paid off...
It was worthy to take part in this event..u get to experience all different kind of culture....
This remind me that, although u are in other country, it does not mean that u have to forget or put aside your own culture in order to fit into the new culture...
The culture night reminded me where i came from, where my root is, and why i m here in U.S..
It serve as a reminder for me of not forgetting my own culture...
It was a memorable night....

i understand the make up is not nice...

on tuesday, went to stevenney's house to made "bao"...

Cant get "bao" over here, so we mad ourselves...

actually is very easy to make it...

wat u need to do is just need to cook the filling, and wrap it with the skin, steam and it's done

ok, the 'bao's is my work, coz i put too much of red bean inside, it came out a bit..hehe..well, u can eat the 'bao' full of lots of red beadn,,, ^^

me n rose, after taking so many time, this is the one that look better, coz didnt see my double chin..haha

Doughnut.Actually the skin is multipurpose, if u deep fried it, it will become doughnut, if u steam it will become "bao".

Had a great time with rose and stevenney, it's ntg better than hanging out together..

 today, 26 Feb, first time went to the Chi-Alpha, is like self group...

have pastor share a message, then fellowship..

you know what we had in the fellowship?

we had SATAY!

stevenney make it!! She really make the satay and the sauce...

it taste different from the M'sia satay, but at least, it's satay. The chicken is good, the sauce is awesome...

I think if i stay too long in State, i will become a good cook..hehe..if i wan...hahaha

The message of the day is about Holiness...

The message is simple, but intense, powerful...

it make me think...

it let me think deeper...see God in a big picture..a bigger picture...bigger bigger picture...

what will you think of the word "holiness"?..

who is the best to be describe as "holiness"?

ONLY God can fit into this word, the only God in the world who has this trait....

I know God ask us to live a holy life, to be more like Him....

However, i need His grace to live a holy life...His guidance...discipline me to live a holy life...

Not every Christian can go into heaven...Why?

because they call themselves as Christian, but do not live a holy life, do not obey Him..

We take His grace for granted...

We know the fact that He is mercy, He love us, so whenever we sin, we will think that God is going to forgive us, so we do not take sin seriously..

often think that by God's grace we will be forgiven..

bear in mind, do not challenge God's patience, you will be punish if u do that...

God's grace is not the tool for you to continue sinning, it is a tool to keep you from sinning...

Live a holy  life will be one of our assignment in this world...

Life is good, thanks God for the life that He given to me...

Life has up and down, thanks God that He is with me. all the time..

Life is challenging, thanks God that He allow all the incident to happen, He is teaching, molding me...

It taught you somehow...
